like her set up with the murphy bed and the bike on the back to take care of different forms of transportation. I didn't like the options for the storage and the murphy bed looks like it would not survive a thrashing on the late night where our the supports for the part of the bed that is furthers away from the wall.

I would just reinforce the back door... all of the rest it´s very simple and sofisticated, i love it! Congrats!

Can I ask how you made sure the weight was evenly distributed? I've looked at Murphy beds online and some of them weigh hundreds of pounds w/o the bed.. is there a specific brand you recommend using or material?? Im planning on doing a simply van conversion myself but I want to be able to use the van to transport things as well so the Murphy bed is ideal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Love the attention to detail and the ribs that give a nice articulation of the surface! I like Finnish design like Alvar Aalto and would like to design a van according to his design ideas. Adding some organic shapes would be interesting.

The tiny ventilation holes is covered. I bet they are having issues with this

Beautiful, how much did it cost for the build?

I lived in a converted school bus in the early 1970's and have been fascinated by van/bus life ever since. After watching literally hundreds of videos of van builds, I have to say that this one is one of, if not the most, clever I have ever seen. I would love to see another video of this van, showing more of the storage, some longer, more lingering shots of everything, and more details. Beautiful work!

Nice Van and build! Not enough storage imo, it'll be a mess once you get all the clothes/food inside and the scandi feel is gone lol. My work pants would literally fill the entire clothes hamper :D

Beautiful! What I really like about this design is that you can still have place to enter from the rear door with few modification (ex: smaller kitchen). Very inspiring, I would probaby use a roller sofa-bed though. To have an extra window.
